In 2017, Karina assumed the role of Office Manager, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in management, human resources, and administration. Her prior expertise spans both the Pharmacy and Physiotherapy industries, in addition to four years of experience running her own small business. Karina is deeply committed to providing exceptional service and is highly enthusiastic about all aspects of business. Managing Smith and Elliott Real Estate for over five years instilled a passion for formal education in this field. Karina now works remotely from Brisbane as a Sales Support Officer while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business – Economics at Griffith University.
