Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions:
- We, us, our refers to Elders Real Estate Townsville.
- You, your refers to the individual or business submitting an entry.
- Offer refers to the “12 Month Fee-Free
- Property Management Giveaway”.
- Entry Period runs from 1st August 2025 to 31st August 2025.
- Eligible Property means a rental or vacant investment property located in the Townsville region not already under management by Elders Smith and Elliott.

Offer Details:
1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by 31st August 2025.
2. Each unique property address submitted constitutes one entry. Multiple properties increase your chance of winning.
3. Entry is open to both new and existing landlords, including those currently with another agency.
4. To qualify, you must provide accurate property and contact details and consent to be contacted by our team.
5. The winner will be announced on 1st September 2025 and contacted directly.

Fee-Free Period:
1. The winning property will receive 12 months of property management services free of administrative and standard management fees.
2. Excluded fees:
- Mediation and tribunal representation (e.g., QCAT fees)
- Lodgement of insurance claims
- Any third-party expenses on behalf of the landlord
3. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

General
1. Only one entry per property address is permitted.
2. Elders Real Estate Townsville reserves the right to update or withdraw this promotion at any time.
3. This promotion is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
